By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application or service developed by Technical Zest (collectively referred to as "the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Apps.

2. Description of Services

Technical Zest develops and publishes mobile applications available on the Google Play Store. Our applications encompass a variety of categories including, but not limited to:

• Devotional & Cultural: Applications providing access to live streams, religious content, and spiritual resources
• Utility & Productivity: Tools such as calendars, organizers, and media management utilities
• Informational: Apps delivering educational, cultural, or general reference content

The specific features and functionalities of each application are described on its respective Google Play Store listing and within the app itself.

3. Free Use & Advertisements

Our Apps are free to download and use. To sustain development and keep our Apps free for everyone, we display advertisements through:

• Google AdMob — across all applications
• Meta Audience Network — in select applications via AdMob Mediation

By using our Apps, you acknowledge and accept the display of these advertisements. You may opt out of personalized advertising by resetting your Google Advertising ID in your device settings.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some of our applications offer optional in-app subscriptions or purchases for premium features, enhanced functionality, or an ad-free experience.

5. Third-Party Content & Services

Our Apps may provide access to third-party content and services, including but not limited to:

• Live video streams from external sources (e.g., official temple channels, event broadcasters)
• Informational data sourced from third-party providers
• Links to external websites or platforms

We do not own, control, or guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of such third-party content. We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, content changes, or any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on third-party content. Your interaction with third-party content is governed by the respective third party's terms and policies.

6. User Conduct

By using our Apps, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the app's source code
• Use the app for any illegal, unauthorized, or unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality, servers, or networks
• Copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any content or features without prior written permission
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or advertising features of the app
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the app's services

7. Intellectual Property

All applications, including but not limited to their code, design, graphics, user interface, original content, and branding, are the exclusive intellectual property of Technical Zest. Third-party content accessible through our Apps remains the property of its respective owners. No part of our Apps may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written consent from Technical Zest.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

• The Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, including live streams, informational data, or media
• Any defects or errors in the Apps will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Technical Zest and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our Apps.

10. Refund Policy

All subscription purchases and refund requests are governed exclusively by Google Play Store's refund policies. Technical Zest does not process refunds directly. To request a refund:

• Contact Google Play Support

Refund eligibility is determined solely by Google Play based on their policies and timelines.

11. Termination

You may stop using our Apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue, suspend, or modify any app or feature at any time without prior notice or liability.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Technical Zest, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our Apps or violation of these Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Apps shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of any of our Apps after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
